This might or might not change yet again w/ the expansion but we'll just have to wait and see.
And there is some random encounter with Jax in Core City Upper Metro(my case) where you can get 160Q components...
120-130Q loot is more than enough to be very OP, but if you want more, you can do merchant runs between traders mentioned by @mindless. I would recommend using speedhack for that though.
You'll probably get a faster response if you upload your saves as well using sites like MEGA or Dropbox and provide a link in your post.
Does anyone know when merchants inventory is generated? I know that about every 90 mins merchants restock their items, but when exactly does it happen: at any moment, on player entering the zone or player accessing the barter? I have an idea to try and save-reload to grind some 140+Q components to minmax my build to the extreme.
Also, any tips about DC in general? My main combat tactic has been to abuse force fields and zone transitions to group up enemies and then finish all of them at once via thermodynamic metastability.
I got real good use from Thermo Destab -> TK Proxy -> Implosion for handling groups. Takes a lot of psi even with Premeditation and psionic mufflers/psi beetle carapace, but boy does it clear out groups. Works well if you want to nearly one-shot the end boss, too >.>
