Juggernaut and Nimble

How do these interact? Is it armor 50% juggernaut feat works or is it armor - nimble have to be over 50%?

I think resulting number should be over 50%.

I have never used both feats on a single character before, so I cannot say for certain, but it seems like the latter option would be the most logical (that is, nimble being taken into account).

Juggernaut checks the armor penalty of the armor item itself and doesn't take into account your effective armor penalty, so Nimble doesn't affect it.

Wow I specifically didn't pick both feats in my first playthrough because I thought they worked like Fenix-Venix said. Is it possible we could have the feat info clarified a little bit in-game?
