Junktown Gang Conflict *SPOILERS*

[Demiurge_Redux]

I sided with the Black Eels and Silas died in the fight. The quest shows as failed, but the rest of the SGS force and Black Eels have dialog indicating the the fight isn't over, but I can't find any more Scrappers.

Is this a bug? Should I reload to try and keep Silas alive or just move on? He's pretty stupid and just charges in when low on health.
