Stuck at Koi Pond

When I exit the garbage chute, my controls are locked and I can take no actions or look around. Only the ESC works. Any tips?

I had this problem too, try playing this game without big picture mode/UI open and it should work fine

I actually just needs to turn left slowly. I read it on another discussion. But thanks for the tip!
