First Mission not working?

So, I went ahead and attempted to try the mission with Joker's clown car and the cut scene plays out normally until Doppleganger creates a robotic T-Rex while Joker and Batman fight. I've left it running for a few minutes and nothing happened. I tried restarting it and it hung on the same exact moment. I can't do anything but watch Joker and Batman brawl (aside from pressing escape and restarting or quitting). Anybody else having this issue? Is this normal? It'd be a shame if I couldn't play the game at all.

I tried fixing this before
Press "Enter" and spawn something and it should go back to normal

That threw me at first, too. I kept looking for the icon to write something. Like JR.KNG said, hitting "enter" will open the screen for typing something. I seem to recall Lily providing a tip on what I was supposed to do (keep Doppleganger busy), just couldn't find a way to type it until I stumbled on hitting "enter".
