Game crashes after trying to delete created items. Also, newly-subscribed creations aren't loading.

Anybody know a fix to my problem? I've had the issue for months that every time I say in my head "Oh, I don't use this. I'll delete it..." *CRASH* Anyone else have this problem and more importantly, if you have, did you fix it, and if you did, how? And also, ever since this issue started popping up, it stopped loading any new subscriptions from the workshop.
