Would buy if..
There was no Lame ass rogue like bs... HATE that crap or even an option to turn it off. Love dungeon crawlers but man that whole once you are dead thing is super annoying. Any chance of an option to turn it off?

I'm an hour in and so far it seems to avoid the biggest failing of rogue-likes: trolling you more the better you do. Doing so defeats the whole point of rolling better loot and growing your character. This is what ruined Isaac, Gungeon, FTL, etc. for me. It's like, if you want to pull that crap, make a game with fixed difficulties and fixed item / monster placement and map design.

If you don't like perma death games (rogue-lites) Then just avoid them, there is a better dungeon crawler out there that does about the same thing. Rogue-lite games are games for people who want a challenge, so if perma death games aren't your thing just avoid them, I doubt any rogue-lite would have such a option to turn off perma death, simply for the reason that everyone might use that said option and then it's no longer the game that the developer intended it to be.

I understand I can "Avoid" them, I was mainly asking if there was the option and generally venting my annoyance at the fact I think it looks cool yet has a mechanic I don't care for. That's all.
