Any other games similar to Neo Scavenger?

I already played Neo Scavenger for about 100 hours, even with some mods but I I feel the overall lack of content and what you can do in this game, gets boring quite quickly... I know it was meant for story mode which you can complete in like 10 minutes probably if you know what you are doing, but I dont know man.. I would like a wasteland survival game in which there is somehow a sense of progression you know.. I feel like you can get the peak of progression in this game pretty fast when you get top tier g...

General Tips?

Hey gamers, I've sunk a few hours into the game, but I never seem to live longer than a few days in my playthroughs. Just finished my record, 4.5 days, where I spent the last ~12 hours rotting of sepsis in a cabin after I was stabbed in the skull and fistfought a dog (my stick broke). I've considered looking into guides, but from past experiences with other games I know many guides trivialize the game by telling the reader *everything*.
