Help plz :c

when i started the game, i realized that fullscreen resolution#1400x900 was too big, so i made it smaller to 1280x800. but when i launched the game again, i can only click button when my mouse pointer is like 2cm away from them, thus making me impossible to click the settings button, anyone have a solution to this? :C
