Why is it not on steam only now?
Why is it not in sale?

There was a licensing issue with the games soundtrack so it just now came to Steam (or back to steam).

its not on sale because it just showed up on Steam about 5 hours before the sale.

yea the song "Immortal" by the band "Clutch" was playing in a bar in one of the levels and they could not get them to release the rights for it... (if you cared to know the specifics)
