Does unlocking all levels using the secret code disable achievements?

See title. I've restarted about five times because the save hasn't transferred properly through the Steam cloud (no idea why) and at this point I'm sick of redoing the first six or so levels, but I'd still like to earn the achievements at some point.

unlocking all the levels gives you the achievements as well as far as I know
