Should Assasin be allowed to reroll when using assasinate?
Now I know the card does not stipulate anything about there having fate rule but its worth bringing up. I dunno it feels like they did not impliment from the old version a new rule to work with fate properly in 4th edditon.

Seems kind of lore-breaking if your going to assasinate someone you should only have the one chance to do it considering enemies can not re-roll. Discuss.

assassinate is a passive ability and all other characters are allowed to use fate to reroll. It is in no way game breaking, you have limited fate too so.... I guess I don't see the problem.

EDIT: Also think of using fate as changing one's fate, that's the idea behind them if it's just the lore thing or emersion or whatever is bothering you. It's a world of magic and stuff so it really isn't that big of a thing.

Fate is part of the mechanics of an action. So you aren't having a second opportunity to assasinate; it's a mechanic that shifts the odds slightly of what could have been - and may still be - a failed assassination attempt.
Well in that example it'd be more of adding/subtracting a number from what you rolled, in favor of whatever fate you were going for I guess.

I'd prefer the Assassin unable to take followers and/or assasinate only on cards landed on, rather than drawn. I mean, assassins work *alone*, not with princesses and maidens and mules carrying a market full of goods.
^ that is Ninja
