Suggestion: Peace

Peace points would allow a character to spend one to avoid any battle encounter, from another character or creature. These may only be acquired from a couple encounters in the game, i envision Grace Hearted and Angel as two of these, more would be appropriate.

These points are a rare commodity and should have a low maximum acquisition amount allowed. Perhaps 1 for every 2 life value points. If a character has 4 lives remaining in the game, 2 peace points are the maximum. However should this characters life point fall to 2, they would lose 1 peace point.

No character of evil alignment may have peace points. A spell such as Temporary Change would get an additional stress if a good or neutral character who has peace points be the recipient.

Changes like that are neither wanted nor needed. The game is a direct port of the board game from FFG.....

No, they are not allowed, ndeed. All rules in the DE are 99.99% the same s the boardgame, and must stay that way. Nomad is not allowed to make up their own stuff. They can make some minor adjustments to existing rules to better suit the difital and online formats, but they cannot make up any new rules on their own.

They do, however, have a little freedom with characters. Perhaps you could try to implement this in a design for the next character creation contest.

If we will ever get the chance of a new character creation contest, due all the crying complainers i doubt this, but you never know.

I really do hope, we'll get more creation contests. Not only for characters. "Alternate Endings" would be nice for a contest. :)

Yeah, i was late to the party and missed out on the contest. If they have another character contest, i have several concepts already fleshed out. If they don't have another, then i guess i wasted my time. Lol. Still, it was a fun mental exercise.
