So.. Instead of focusing on fixing all the bugs, you're making ANOTHER game?!
There's currently more threads in Bug Reports than general discussion. I think that says it all but you've already got 2 games on Steam, both requiring updates and planned DLC. Is this how you plan to keep going? Just keep releasing games, once people purchase the game.. Too bad, customers can go get stuffed and they have to wait 7 months per update which launches completely bugged and takes ages to fix if it ever is? I'd happily pay the cost for the Season Pass again if you'd actually update this game without game breaking bugs.

PS: You need to either get rid of your current beta testers (They're not doing their job) OR you simply aren't listening to them and you need to do better.

We haven't had to wait long for recent patch updates.
The last one was only 2 weeks ago at the time of this thread was made.

I wouldnt blame the beta testers, instead i would blame Nomad for there politic to not have a open beta, to have some beta testers isnt helping, the more people play a beta, the more bugs and issues will be discovered.

Thats said, but whats more important is Nomads behavior, some examples that really drive the community crazy are
*To deliver a update on a Friday that breaks the game for a huge number of players and then go to the weekend and leave the community with a broken game alone for days!r.
*Or that the Leaderboard is broken. and that Nomad isnt willing to fix this. I could name many more issues but this are just the latest ons in Talisman.

For Talsiman HH i would say the altitude to deliver a day one DLC and the fact that Nomads promised to translate this game into several other languages and this just 8 months ago.
There isnt much more to say, this company really needs to get there

I can say that iam not willing to report the bugs i encounter, its not the job of the community to report the bugs and do Nomads work, a company should more care about there product, it cant be that this game is still full of bugs, and the online issues are still there, not to mention that this game is full of midgame leavers.

This could be a perfect (digital board) game with the right support and work from the developers.
It's not actually all broken, it's playable and still fun, but it feels like an early access game today.

Thats true, one of the issues thats is slowing down the development of this game is the cross plattform. At the time many players bought this game (Seasonpass), there was only the Steam version avaible and there was no advertice that this game would be spread to other devices.

Dont get me wrong, its a nice feature to play it on my phone, tablet aso, but this feature is slowing down the game development, updates and bug fixes cant be delivered on a good time ratio due the fact that each device comes with unique requirements.

Sure i understand Nomads is a company and need money to survive, but they did a big mistake to create the versions for othere devices before this game was even finshed.

Now we have to deal with bugs and crashs more often, this game just feels unfished andits getting worse with every new DLC.

Not to mentioned they're spreading themselves thin also by releasing other games, first Horus Heresy and now Smash Up. Both are games that can be already played digitally through Tabletop Sim so it's not like it was impossible to play on PC before now, yet they're developing it regardless.

While Nomad Games is a company, it's a very poorly managed company. The revenue from Talisman: Digital Edition if done properly would be through the roof (I have not yet recomended this game to any friends apart from my fiancee because of its bugs), yet they would rather focus on releasing multiple shoddy quality games and just pushing them out to return a profit.

All I know is, my laptop is a bog standard HP laptop, and I've run into ZERO bugs witth this game. Ever think that maybe it's just your particualr setup and not the game that's the problem?

281 bug reports prove you wrong.

You are framing the question as a dichotomy. Why can't they develop a new game AND work on fixing the bugs ?

Iam sorry, but this is just wrong, the game is full of bugs, and the fact that you dont realise them doesnt mean there are no bugs!
One example needed? On my Talisman folder i have at this time ca 10 gigas full of crash logs, and they are all new (cleaned it before the Blood Moon release). So dont tell me there are no bugs, i have at least Screenshots and describtions of 5 bugs that nobody else reported so far, but iam not willing to do the work of the devs and report them anymore. Last time i reported some of them, the devs didnt even bothered to fix them, i have 2 save game slots with games that have a crash wall, and i uploaded my dumps and started bug threads about them.

Nobody said they cant! Instead they are doing it, and we all saw the impact, the development slowed down and the devs are more busy, and the current issues arnt improved, instead Talisman feels like a early access game.
