Startup Bug

[Tannacity]

Every time I start Kingdom Rush a blank window appears for about a second and then crashes. I've seen another discussion on this but it's two years old. Please let me know how to fix this problem.

On Windows

Open Steam
Go to your steam library
Open the Kingdom Rush game Properties
Go to the LOCAL FILES tab
Click the "BROWSE LOCAL FILES" and it should open the windows file explorer
Inside the windows explorer window go into the "Kingdom Rush_Data" folder
Mail the file output_log.txt file to [e-mail]
