Heroic and Iron Achievments not unlocking?

Just completed the game and I made sure to do all the stages plus the Heroic and Iron challenges, but the achievments aren't unlocking for the Heroic and Iron achievments. What am I doing wrong? I completed them with 3 stars too.

Any help much appreciated.

From what I've been told you need to complete them on normal or higher but I can't even tell what levels I've done on what difficulty so it's hard to tell what levels you need to do.

I've just completed all the Campaign levels and Heroic Levels on Normal difficulty, and got no achievement for Heroic. What now?

Still doesn´t unlock

If it helps: eventually it did unlock. One day all of a sudden, I got all the remaining achievements at the same time. So temporary solution is to wait?
