Weird resolution problems.

So, I just bought this game, and I booted it up on Linux. It loads fine, but after choosing my resolution and starting the actual game, I get this.

The entire game is shifted down and to the right, cutting off a large chunk of the game, and it doesn't even appear to be at the correct resolution. Is there some config file or something I can edit to fix this?
