Violent Crime affects Liberal/Conserative membership despite being non-existent
I've noticed that despite having Violent Crime at 0%, it still has an affect on Liberal/Convervative membership (the effect on conservatives is also not mentioned directly in the cause/effect window). It seems to me like the mere idea of Violent Crime is affecting membership, which seems odd. Is this a bug? Running game version 1.26.

It's just the way the metric is set up. Violent crime rate affects how inclined people are to be liberal or conservative, so if you have none that will tend to liberalize your population. You'll notice that things that affect your membership of liberals or conservatives will tend to only mention one of the two, as these two groups will always add up to 100%. The same feature is true of socialists and capitalists, they always add up to 100%.
