How to keep cabinet happy?

Can someone help me about this matter ?
I have a lot of reserves and income,everyone are happy,but keep losing the loyalty and capital income from the cabinet. Some help please ?

Ministers lose loyalty over time by default, no matter what you do. It confused me too. I'm not sure why this is, as while there's plenty of backstabby politicians, I don't think disloyalty in a successful government is as inevitiable as the game suggests.

Anyway, you can manually disable this feature by changing a setting or two in the game files (very easy, no special programs or coding knowledge required).

First, find the game folder. On Windows, probably at:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\

On Mac:

Library > Application Support > Steam > SteamApps > common

Then go into the Democracy 3 folder/package, and find the file called:

simconfig.txt

Open with Notepad or TextEdit, and change the setting called:

MINISTER_INEVITABLE_DISLOYATLY_OVER_TIME = 0.015

Set it to 0, then save the file, making sure it is still a plain text (.txt) file.

Well it is easy to change it,but when will the devs going to make this better ? I mean,he got out many DLC's but not fixed this feature...it's kinda not fair
