R does not reset timer

For the 'Can't Touch This!' achievement you have to survive 40 seconds without dying, so the shortcut key R comes in real handy. It resets the game, but it does not reset the timer. The timer just continues to count up.

It would be nice if the timer resets too!

Push Q... that resets the whole level (including timer).

R isn't ever supposed to reset the timer. It resets you to your last checkpoint (which in the case of 'Slow Dance', is the beginning of the level).
The achievement will count 40 seconds regardless of the timer. The timer is there for speedrunning/best time purposes.
If you want to reset the timer for personal reference purposes, use Q, as scorlibrian said.

Ugh, I hate you devs for making q the only option xC now I have to get gold on every level, and in order to do that I have to do it perfect for the whole run through.
