If you can get past any game-breaking bugs, you mean? Few can say....

Its a turn based without any AI agression, you can pretty much at your pase, there are few pretty tough parts to it, but overall its depends on your skill level and if you want to have fun and level some units or wreck the enemy, I put 35 hours into it with the expension.

You mean, it is like Civilization where there is no campaign mode but every game is a new experience?

there only is a campaign mode it's more like a total war game but with a mass effect rpg elements put into the game you choose how you will be like whom you shall support ... there is replayablility but i think you can only play as 1 specific person but my expierience with the game is limited

I don't know but my steam thing says I've played it for 83 hours and all I've really done is proluge and camapain (though that number might be inflated from times when I took a break and did something else while the game was running).
