How do you get this achievement?

I can move Forward and Backward with the Up and Down arrow keys But I can't move Left or Right with the Left or Right arrow keys.

I figured headshot feedback or even just gibbing with meat chunks would do the game some justice. It's odd the the bodies vanish with a puff of blood
