People who like to aim? What kind of question is that? Games with free-aim are always better with a mouse and keyboard.
Aiming doesn't really play a huge role, but if you like to fail at driving and anything to do with movement, more power to you.
Actually, now that I've gotten used to the driving, I'm quite good at it on a keyboard. And what are you talking about with the movement? KB+M are incredibly accurate for movement. Even in this game. If they'd just get rid of the mouse acceleration, it would be fine. Just because you suck at keyboard doesn't mean everyone else does.

Steam should make you 12 year olds display some kind of badge so the rest of us know not to bother with you.
Mass Effect doesn't let you use a gamepad :(
