I'm afraid I don't understand the Russian language, but if you're asking whether or not we'll be translating the game to Russian, I'm afraid right now we have no immediate plans regarding that.

On the Internet there is an amateur translation. But it is not compatible with Steam.

Keep in mind that if you install anything for the game that isn't directly from us, you're both risking the security of your system and voiding any chance of getting support from us for the game as we have no way of knowing what problems could be causing by the unofficial stuff you added.
