My guy is stuck looking up spinning in a circle. I've never gotten so dizzy from a game where i almost threw up. My head hurts

I had a crash on load, reboot your PC try again and DO NOT TOUCH A KEY. It does work I am not able to play.

1) swimming doesnt seem to work as the water doesnt even appear nor can i swim up or down
2) not sure if this is a bug or not but their are mutants (a lot) in the day time
3) doesnt give an option to wash blood off

loading level was a little sketchy but it finally loaded. after the plane crash and my creepy encounter with that mutant i tried to get off the plane but it look like it crashed under the level because there was nothing around the plane to jump out on to. but if i looked up i saw a forest lol. i jumped out and died and spawned half dead in a cave.

On load, my Steam freezes and its like an error window pops up, but it only has got sound, but don't show any text.
