Hello everyone,

I am opening this thread to keep you informed about in-game issues that we are aware of and are working on. (and to keep the discussion board clean)

I will keep updating this thread as I receive more reports.

Black screen when rejoining a battle you left previously

We will start looking into this one after investigating further.
* Edit: This happens when the game server that the game lobby existed on is terminated before player comes back. Resolution still in progress.

Getting disconnected during host change

Some players reported that they get disconnected when host is being changed.
We are aware of this issue, and are currently working on it.

Random lag/disconnection problem

Players could randomly experience lag when a specific server gets full. This is a load balancing issue which we are currently working on.
Also, there is an issue where players who needs packet relay randomly disconnected.
This is a network issue which is hard for us to figure out from our end, however, I am working with our QA team to pinpoint this problem.

Hacks and VAC

Yes, the game is not yet VAC secured. Or, should I say VAC isn't fully integrated into GunZ 2 yet.
We're working with Valve staff to get it in place as soon as possible.
We are also aware of that some players are using hack programs. I will deal with them as soon VAC issue is resolved.

Failed to Purchase item. Error Code: 11100

This is an issue due to some money currency not being integrated with GunZ.
Currently, if you try to use Russian and Brazilian currencies, you will get the error 11100.

Inventory Bug

Sometimes you can store an item in your inventory even though you have empty slots in it.
This is a known bug which we are working on.
If you encounter this, please send a report to us.

Error on accepting Achievement Rewards

Accepting an achievement reward sometimes returns a system error with error code: A system error has occurred.
This bug is not about players not being able to accept/complete the achievement, but is rather about an old achievement showing up on the list again.
Old achievement which a player already completed and received the reward randomly shows up on the list again.
We will address the issue soon, but until then, please don't panic if you cannot complete an achievement.

There's also the issue of framerate no matter how low your gfx options are you get fps spikes every now and then.

Also, host system is toxic. A vote option for change host would be nice

And the fps lag in the launcher screen too.

Mind that im playing on an i7, with 12gb of ram and a gtx 460... I shouldnt have fps issues.

Another issue is players spawning invisible. It can be fixed simply by swapping weapons, but some players are using it as an advantage.

Hacks are slowly trickling there way in, just got to play in a lobby with Low gravity/Nogravity hack. Sent in report on the player who claimed to be behind it.

Ability to glitch through any wall you feel like and be able to shoot out of it.

Guntrix i trying to enter all the day to in a one match and this is not possible, i trying to enter in a match in all regions and is impossible :( , Mexico,Belice,Guatemala,Honduras,El Salvador, Nicaragua,Costa Rica, Panama, This regions dont have gunz 2 players and dont have matches, whats you do?

Do you not get matched with others at all?
Normally, you would be matched with players from other regions eventually.

Nope, that was a bug and we fixed it already.

dont know if this happens to anyone else but everytime i login it tried to join previous game that dosnt exist then the screen stays black im trying to reinstall the game atm ill post if it works

Trying to rejoin to the same game after your client crashed or you got disconnected gets you to a black screen?
Is there anyone else seeing the issue?

I seen there was a glitch where I attempted to change my key bindings but failed to do so until I logged back in. Not sure if that's a glitch or bug but just thought I would let you gets know.
