* Whats this about Wolf Pack owners getting Wolf Pack 2 free?

Pretty much what it says on the tin, folks. If you own the Wolf Pack DLC from the first game, then you get the reincarnated DLC for Payday 2 absolutely free.

If you do not own it, it will be average DLC price, $6.99 or whatever your local currency is usually charging for it.

* What if I buy Wolf Pack 1 after Wolf Pack 2 is out?

You still get it free, I've spoken to the Listo and it will give you Wolf Pack 2 free of charge. The Wolf Pack 1 costs more than Wolf Pack 2 will though, granted.
