DCUO Won't Launch Properly

I'm launcing it off of Steam and it just does nothing, and whenever I try to start it again, it says it's already running. Then after a couple of minutes it pops up, loads, then turns black and says and error occurred (in black font) and then makes another window of the DCUO launcher, which also fails like the last one.
