You mean lightning strikes or fight for the light? looking at the bulletpoints lightning strikes seems like the better one. i also kinda wanted lightning powers at the start anyway.

I think FFTL has the most T2 Alerts (like 2 or so) that are useful for increasing your CR (combat rating) once you reach level 30 (more alerts to play = less frustrating because you always have to repeat the same ones over and over again). LS includes a back in time duo (requires CR of 43 I think) and central city as a map you can only travel to once you reached CR 53 (takes a while when everyone keeps stealing your gear in the alerts). BFE is probably only interesting once you have a high CR since it includes a high CR raid and duos + new quests in e.g. Gotham. LL is only interesting for people that either want a shield as a weapon or are really into PvP (since it only adds PvP content). HOF adds more content/missions and PvP characters (I don't know if the content is high CR, HOF is the only DLC I don't have).
IMHO you should get them in the order they released because you wont have any use for the duos/raids and maps the newer ones add if you only just got to level 30 and still have a low CR. If you really want lightning powers (I got LS DLC right from the start and later on bought FFTL for the alerts and then the other 2 once I was already high CR) you should get LS since they are pretty badass and arent as worthless as the e.g. earth powers for tanking (lightning is a good healing power).

Yes it will just buy it through the marketplace ingame is my best advice. If you are going to spend 15 dollars in a given month on stuff in the marketplace why not skip that and put it towards a membership card for that month? That way you don't have to buy keys for the lockboxes or the other dlc for that month. Plus if you are a legendary subscriber you will get a balance of 500 station cash a month to spend on what ever you want in the marketplace. For me that is pvp characters but thats just my opinion.

The 500SC for Legendary is not true. You only get it if you sign up for a recurring membership. I would also be careful with buying DLC from Steam if you are from europe and have a ProSiebenSat1 account (since most were forced to convert their accounts) since the Steam DLC apparently do not work for PSS1 accounts (Steam EU Version of DCUO is still using old login details). I don't know about that for sure since I bought the DLC pack that included the first 3 DLCs in the summer sale before the account transfer (Last Laugh IG after that when they had 50% off in the marketplace).

actually i'd suggest buying it from SOE as there are many bugs steam side that have kept many from accessing the dlc content for at least a month after purchase.
as for the 500sc from membership, just go 1 month recurring... cancel recurring at end of month. just dont forget.

Afr0 you basicly go to DCUO's site at https://account.station.sony.com/ and sigh in there will be a button saying "enter activation code" hit it and copy pasta. you can also go to http://www.dcuniverseonline.com/ and theres a "redeem code here" spot if you scroll down.
