Steam achievements for FTP?

Can you earn Steam Achievements with a FTP account? It's my understanding that you can't get PSN trophies on FTP. I do understand that some of them are attached to DLC, which would make someone a non-FTP player. Just wondering if the base achievements are available without paying.

Nope, being F2P in DCUO doesn't restrict achievements, I unlocked a couple before I went premium. The DLC achievements, obviously, require the DLC, but that's fairly common practice.

F2P players can get all non DLC achievements(the ones with blue background), also - all achievements are retrospective - if you get the feat while you was using non steam version(or using steam version without steam running) - you can just log in with character that get that feat, and you get it as steam achievement too.

You can get them if you are a premium or legendary too, also they adding new achievements with new DLC packs - last 8 came with recent Home Turf DLC

OK so iff Im free2 play i can get only thos 13 fist one.. thx for info. Also no chance now to get them att al becouse im from EU, so only way to play is outside from steam version. Darn Sony... I was trying everything and no chace for me to play on steam on EU version with achievements :(
