As a kid I was always into comics. I'll just do my main. Man of Steel Will. Ingame he's mentored by Superman being an Ice Tank. I like to pretend ingame his ice powers are his artistic use of Superman's Wind powers (his breath).

Lore of ManofSteelWill

He didn't get his powers from Exos like everybody else. He is a Hybrid from two dimensional beings. His mother who is just a normal citizen in Metropolis. She is a Nurse at the Metropolis Psycho Ward. His father came from a different timeline and dimension where Brainiac was controlled by Darkseid (Darkside). Before Superman died one of the Green Lanterns with the help of Dr. Fate intervene and Sealed the Kryptonian powers of Superman in a ring.

While Brainiac was doing his thing apparently an Illegitmate son sprung up overcoming the Dark Overlord destroying him and his Furies. He disguised himself as Earth's new savior taking out Brainiac. Later he revealed his true nature enslaving the Earth. ManofSteel's father was part of the rebellion taking up the ring of Superman. He couldn't control the ring so a sorceress sent him back in time to learn how to launch the ring powers like a green lantern and get trained either by Superman or Supergirl to use the powers.

The father got sidetracked falling in love with Man of Steel Will's mother. What the father didn't know is that he did travel back in time but also he traveled to a different dimension. He tried to bestow the ring to his son but Circe interfered. Using magic shestole the ring harming the boy (Man of Steel Will). Dr Fate and Raven saved the child.

The Father learned of the mistaken dimensional travel. He regained the ring, bid fairwell to his wife and son and returned to his timeline and dimension to face the son of Darkseid. Circe accidentally bestowed some of Superman's power upon the son through her enchantment.

That son is Man of Steel Will.

So is she naturally psychotic like Harley or did some circumstance drove her to insanity like in Mr. Freeze's case his lost of a love one due to an illness. (I know she isn't dead, but she might as well be.)

It also includes some friends' characters, and some random people's ideas from Fiction press. It doesn't fit in the plot of DCU but it's still a good read so far. I seem to recall there once being a comic where Spider-Man attempts to join the Justice League, but is turned down by Batman. Deadpool, hearing about this, decides he should try to get on. After all, he IS Deadpool, it can't be THAT hard. So he gets out of his comic, and walks right over to the DC HQ, but instead of going into the comics, he accidentally goes into DCUO. He goes to Batman, who tells him he will test him later, as there is the whole Brainiac problem going on. But Deadpool is a very impatient fellow, so he goes out to stop Brainiac's evil plan.

Stats:
Taught by Batman.
Weapon: Dual Pistols

I also have hero named 9JACK, who is loosely based on a comics villian named J9AC9K, or 9-Jack-9. He was a wealthy man until his death; He was electrocuted while working as a mercenary. He then became a being made of pure energy, coming, going, and killing as he pleases.

Both currently reside in Gotham City.

They both sound like they'd fit righ into Gotham. I think Bane should be careful and the other hero must have a "shocking" personality.

I like this alot! It's cool to see I'm not alone in the whole 'my character has a backstory' bit XD

My character is kinda dark and twisted. Her name is Rosey Rose (Real name: Rose Piciani) and she was born and raised in Gotham City. Rose's mother, after almost being beaten to death for the second time by Rose's father, ran away and left Rose at the mercy of her father when she was five.

Rose tried to be good, but because of her father's unrelenting abuse no matter what she did, she quickly learned that being good gets you no where. She got nothing from her father, she learned to steal whatever she needed to survive. She caught the attention of local thieves and con artist who recruited her to assist in creating diversions. Because of her young age, she was able to lower the guards of unsuspecting victims, leaving them vulnerable to cons or robberies. During these crimes, she would wear pale pink, which is how she got the nickname 'Rosey' Rose.

By the age of 7, she had made a name for herself as the youngest criminal in the business. She hadn't been home for a year, and enjoyed being with the criminals that both taught her how to fend for herself and how to use various weapons, at this point she was able to assist in armed robberies as a gunman. News of the young criminal prodigy got around Gotham and it wasn't long before The Joker came to see what all the fuss was about. He immediately became her most favourite person in the world when he walked into her crime gang's base. She is a big fan of clowns and loved how he was always smiling. The Joker told her she can become his newest apprentice if she passed a small test...she immediately obliged by gunning down all the criminals she had worked with, and then walked off into the night with The Joker and Harley Quinn as their 'adopted daughter'.

Now Here's the Lore of my Villian main:
Damman didn't understand how his physical transformation happened. He wasn't sure if it was the exobytes or a sorcercess/sorceror or a demon intervention. He was always angry and filled with hatred. He hated himself, he hated his family, he hated everybody. Many times when he was human he would lash out at others when the annoyance of living and his self loathing reached its peek.

As a human he tried taking his life so many times, but somehow he survived, He tried everything from cutting himself, burning himself alive, execution, jumping off bridges and buildings to shooting himself. The JLA pretty much knew him from saving him all the time. So did Doom. Every chance he got as a human he'd throw himself into every dangerous situation trying to kill himself.

When Brainiac happened it all changed. He threw himself into a fight between Dr. Fate, Brother Blood, The teen Titans, Faust and Black Adam. Somehow some of Circe's Beasts were involved. He once again tried to get himself killed. That was when Brainiac ships attacked. There was a bright light as he stepped into the crossfire made both by the Heroes and Villians. He was sure he was dead entering into eternal darkness.

Only to awake in the Brainiac ship. Some dude named Calculator helped him escape and he obvious wasn't human anymore. This time his intense Hatred fueled him with fire and at times he felt so hot from his frustration of still existing that he felt his physical being being ripped apart by his own power. That was when a horde of Demons attacked. He incinerated them all. Their king arose apparently angry with his army defeat. He said he was Trigon. Trigon struck at Damman only pissing him off.

Damman defeated Trigon beating him like an unwanted stepchild. He let Trigon live in his shame because he realised that now his hatred could actually be shared. He felt so powerless before not able to share his hatred with others, but now he can watch as the world would get incinerated by his hatred. Now the world will know how much he hated it and he will watch it burn.

Will Deem is a Green Lantern that is separated from the Corps. His ring is an ancient Green Lantern ring found in Mayan ruinsand became a family heirloom. During the Brainiac invasion his ring activated. He accidentally activated it while he jokingly pretended to be one.

Quote: I, Will Deem whats Wrong! I, Will Deem whats Right! I, Will Deem the One. I, Will Deem the Light!...

He became the most powerful Green Lantern to ever exist because his ring is a legendary Green Ring of true Power.

Skyler Hope is just a kid, an orphan, about 14 or 15. His powers manifested slowly through puberty, and it was mostly unnoticable until the incident on the school yard. He only wished really hard the bully would go flying into the side of the building when he punched him, he didn't think it would actually happen. Of course, that incident meant he had to leave quickly before something really bad happened to him, or to anyone else, because of his powers. He didn't even give himself time to change clothes before leaving the foster home with nary a good bye and heading to Metropolis.

Granted, Matropolis was a long ways away, being across the country and all. So he had plenty of time to practice what only could be called his psychic abilities. He can't fly, at least not yet, but he's not too put off by it since he loves parkouring, using his abilities to run, climb, and dive faster than any normal person, plus he can easily catch himself without getting hurt should he screw up.

He hasn't made it to Metropolis yet, though; he got caught up in events in Gothom, and in all the rabble that happened with Braniac, suddenly he was getting orders from Batman and visiting the Watchtower. He tries not to think about his past much, though he's still waiting for that day when suddenly the police show up and reign him in because the bully in the ICU finally died... That or his good deeds outweigh his mistake...

Skyler Hope is his real name, technically, though "Hope" is made up. He doesn't have or doesn't know his real last name. Also, he has no secret identity - his identity is his super persona. He has nothing "normal" to go back to...

He is called the Dark Gambler, The Casino Crusader, and The Diceman. However, most know him under the most frustrating monicker The Betman. Originally know as Dwayne Duece, a Mix martial artist with an addiction to gambling. He ended owing various shady organizations alot of money. He tried paying them all off with underground deathmatches, but eventually his addiction caused him to falter and owe them more. Gradually the shady organizations got tired of waiting. Falcone sent his men after Duece's family while the Crime Syndicate went after Dwayne himself.
In his entire life Dwayne could never get rid of his addiction until the death of his entire family. He ♥♥♥♥♥ his own death and only go out as the Dangerous Maverick. The Betman is almost as feared as The Batman and most find The Betman more annoying...
...Don't confuse the two. The Betman's emblem is a symbol from a card deck and he wear's white rather than black plus he doesn't wear the funny ears. Matter of fact the only thing Bruce & Dwayne have in common is the money they spend on their gadgets and that they are both Aces in the crime-fighting game.

Damurai: is a fictional character that I created long before DCUO. He and Afro Samurai has alot in common. 1) They're both great fighters (only Damurai uses a shield with really sharp edges) 2) Their worlds are post apocalyptic 3) Both their families were killed (only his nemesis killed not only his father (a former military sargeant, but his mom as well as his younger brother & sister) 4) They both had alot of people who got in their way.

DCUO-concerned: After Damurai got revenge for his family and just barely killed his nemesis without dying himself, a dimensional rift was caused in his timeline and hewas sucked into a small blackhole. When he woke up the world he knew was totally gone and he was left consumed in his hatred. He hated the disgusting villians in this world and sometimes would kill them, but unlike his old world there were worthy warriors worth killing called Heroes...he found the meaning of love. He loved fighting the "Heroes" in this strange world.

Where villians were cowards and run away forcing him to chase them like he was a girl chasing after a boy....When the Heroes heard that he was a Hero-hunter, they had enough honor to come and fight him. He had meaning in his life once again.
