Atlantean Outpost your group lvl 10 mobs/boss lvl 34
I dont see how you get *magically upleveld/powered up* when nothing changes and its you/team fighting enemies more 3x your level (since the game URGES you on when you hit lvl TEN) ... GG

It ups your combat rating and armour to basic Level 30 stats

look into your statistics window. You are way stronger in there than outside of the outpost.
