No, mostly because that's not a power, it's a mental disability. The closest approximation would be Red Lantern powers, with the Primal personality type and maybe Brawling as a weapon.

please...don't say being feral is a mental disability...it's NOT...has nothing at all to do with ANY mental diagnosis. Feral means "wild" not mentally unstable. With that said maybe some courses in psychology of humans would make this more clear for you.
