Ittle Dew
Ittle Dew 2?
The first game was so good with everything from the lovable characters, to the complexity of the usage of items that I for one would love to see a sequel. Maybe with Itan Carver as a playable character >.>

(Oh btw, I had absolutely no problems installing and or playing and beating the game and I have a crap laptop so haters gonna hate)

Hi!
I'm one of the people who have problems to get the game to run properly. That doesn't make me a "hater" it just makes me be somebody who desperately wants to play Ittle Dew.

I finally, luckily got things to run, and I enjoy the game and would like a sequel, still I have to say that this "haters gonna hate" thing annoys me and to me it doesn't seem appropriate to label people as haters who just want to play the game but have trouble to get it to run on their system.
Well a lot of the posts I see about ppl haing problems with their gaming seem like they are blaming the dev for it not working properly and that bothers me. I didn't mean to offend you and I'm glad you were able to enjoy the game.
Thank you!
I don't know enough (or anything at all) about programming and stuff to say whether the problems I had to get the game running are due to faulty or bad programming. *shrugs*
I haven't finished it yet so I have to see if I encounter more problems but I hope not.

The important thing for me is that the game is running at last and I wish that it will run for all those others who are having problems as well.
I'd totally love a sequel, maybe with some more dialog (Oh COME ON!) or even some sort of level editor via Steamworks, wasn't there something like that planned?
Wow, a level editor would be awesome and wouldn't be that hard to do since puzzles follow a grid system. Plus you could have Itan Carver as like the guide while you are making the puzzles and he could have all sorts of crazy dialouge. XD
Oh man, Steam Workshop support for custom worldmap / dungeons using the existing assets would be awesome.
I would love to see all the crazy things with the items and mirrors people would make. Maybe having to send a frost ray and a portal beam through 2 series of mirrors so that they collide because there's no wall to put down a frost mirror.
Heck, even if they made a level editor for the first one and put it up as an add on for like $5, I would pay it.
After just beating the gae, I DEFINANTLY want a sequel! A level editor would be awesome to let everyone make their own brainteasing puzzles with all the unique mechanics of the game, even if it was just dlc or and add on! But personally, I think the best approach to a sequel could be to parody a different 2D Zelda game. This game was a heartfelt and loving tribute to the original L.O.Z., so I think it would be awesome if the game had a sequel reminiscent of other 2D Zelda games, like A Link To The Past, Minish Cap, or even Spirit Tracks if they could make it work. Theres so much room for more funny dialog, creative puzzels, bigger worlds, and even more enemies and characters! If this game ever gets a sequel, I would buy it right away!
Ittle Dew 2 does seem to be in development, actually. Here's a post on their page - http://ludosity.com/2014/06/ittle-dew-2-design/
They also have a couple more posts on the game.

I need more jennies! :gapafrog:

Read and commented ^^
A sequel would be really great. I would be disappointed if the next game isn't called "Ittle Dew, Too" though :<

"2" and "too" both work I feel, depending on how subtle you wanna be. :fishbun:
