Empty message dialogs

All bubble messages (character dialogs) are empty now that the game is forcing me to play it in Brazilian Portuguese, and the help tips are also empty. How can I change the language back to English, and will this issue be fixed? (Playing it with Windows 8.1)

Sorry to say this, but I'm glad I found this, so I know I'm not the only one with this problem... I'm playing the game in Spanish, on Windows 7, and like you said, the bubbles that are supposed to show the signs texts are empty, as well as some main menu texts, dialogs boxes when you meet new character, and Tippsi's Tips texts... I hope this is fixed soon, I've been playing like this for 8+ hours and I feel like I'm missing a lot of fun without the dialogs and stuff.

On the game's main menu, move to the right, you'll be able to select the flag and change the language.
