I'm doing a pacifist run and have done everything BUT dining with Elijah. When I first visited the dine-in in Snow Town the skeleton lady told me I had to show him I care iirc, but after searching everywhere in Snow Town I still couldn't find him. Kermavel is also closed. Having dined with Him I've now looked basically everywhere but some random routes in the game and I still have no idea where he is. Am I locked out of dining with him at this point? And, if not, where can I (or could've) found him?...

I'm playing on Normal and i can't beat a single enemy. I presumed this, the heavy emphasis on "Kills give experience!" and the Undertale effect constituted the game trying to tell you you're not meant to fight, in a reverse-psychology kinda way.
