Hammer editor does not open through Source SDK.

Hammer editor does not open through Source SDK. When I open Source SDK through steam tools or from my desktop, hammer editor does not work, but the other tools face poser, model viewer ; when clicked pulls up " FATAL ERROR, Unable to load manifest file 'scripts/game_sounds_manifest.txt' " But when I open Hammer Editor it brings no errors nor shows up on my task manager.

I tried deleting everything with Source SDK, verifying cache, and also re-installing Source SDK, it does not work at all. I am done surfing through the internet trying to find a solution. But none seem to work.

They changed it when they moved CSS to SteamPipe.
Hammer has moved to bin folder of the game eg. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\bin

You're welcome! Also the "SteamPipe update" isn't a stupid update because the games are starting and working much faster after the update.
