need help css cs go

on both i can only play with bots my computer has been down for about a year and finaly fixed it today and it wont let me play on line unless i update client for both games but it says there both up to date idk what to do and im dieing to surf help!!!!!

In the Steam library, open the game's properties>Local Files and try to verify the integrity of game cache. If it won't work, try to reinstall the game.
