Y AXIS on mouse not working, m_pitch doesn't work

I have a problem, my Y axis move on mouse doesnt work. My X axis moves normal as the sensitivity has been set, but Y axis moves soooo slow, like i have to move 30-40cm my mouse to move it normal in game, and it's so slow. I do not know how to fix it. Searched all forums, but nothing helped. Game is fresh installed on new system, my mouse works good and my config is the default config from the installed game.

Can't play the game like this... Help please. :)

m_pitch 0.022

m_pitch is 0.022 and changing values doesn't change anything. I tried puting 1 and it's still slow. I have no idea what should I do...
