Is it possible to add more weapons ?

Hello, I've looked around on different websites for a while now but can't seem to find an answer to my question. I'd like to add more weapons to my game, for example, giving players the option to choose a weapon using something similar to the gun menu from Deathmatch mods, but add in custom guns. For example, giving me the option to add the Galil twice, and for the second one, renaming it to whatever I want, and making it use a skin that I want, allowing me to appoint it a custom model. Is such a thing possible ? If yes, could you tell me how ? If not, could you tell me why not ? I guess in a way this may be comparable to 'server-side' skins. Any help would be appreciated. ( HARD MODE: Is it also available for listen servers ? )

this is only possible to do if you add them into the map
eks: as special weapons on many zombie escape maps you can try look at this map to get a understanding ze_harry_potter_b3_2 (goggle it or join I3d.net zombie escape server)

I took a look at it but that is not what I want to achieve, thanks for the info though. If anyone has any other options, I would appreciate it.

If you have your own server, yes I have seen some servers use custom weapon skins with custom sound that players can use if they join the server.

I wish I could help you on this matter but that was many years ago & I also have no experience in running a server.

I did a fast google search & I found this:

This is very old but from the looks, someone attempted this in 2009, will most likely not work on 2014 cs version, you probably have to be lucky to find something similar or start coding it yourself.

I've found that too, it was a start but does not allow me to add extra weapons. I've looked around some more but I doubt I'm gonna find anything.
