As title said, tried to reduce volume while on the scouting map, an the two clicks on lower volume sent the scout into the ship, esc went to black screen and the subsequent left mouse clicks gave the enter/exit scout map sound with the click interaction graphics but nothing else. Esc key was blocked once the black screen appeared, so I was forced to alt + F4 forcibly close the game....

What the title says. Did two runs and finished them in one go, but the corresponding Achievements ("Reach Planet XY...") were not unlocked. Any ideas on this or is this a Bug?

I can't find Audio Log #16

Controller: XBox Elite 2 Sticks/DPad/Buttons do not do anything on main menu. All menu navigation requires a mouse/keyboard to navigate. No other game in my library replicates this issue, except for games that do not natively support controllers.
