Exception Guides for Anti Virus Suites

Your Antivirus is most likely deleting game files.
We had several reports of this in the past and so far all occurrences were due to a false positive , which is when anti-virus software flags something by mistake. There are no known occurrences of any viruses or malware in the game files, if the game was downloaded from our Store.

If a warning occurs please let us know and, if you can, please report it to your AV programs manufacturer.

To temporarily work around such an issue you can exclude the game from your AV program or disable AV temporarily (disconnect from the internet). Please do so at your own risk.


Please be aware that after adding the exception you need to validate the game files to restore any that the AV deleted.

Aw, must be frustrating having AVs delete your damn files which you worked so hard on.

Cant get it work i have avast and followed the instructions but i use comodo firewall with defence + to put i have turnd it off. hmm i feel a bit sad becuse i could play the demo version!

Hey Dog Life, sometimes turning these programs off doesnt stop them from blocking. You are best off creating an exception in your firewall;
