You say you copy other threads about the ghost mechanic and are then wondered that you get the same awnsers?
Anyway, back on topic:
Like it's said before, you should've done some research before buying the game, even if it's only watching a single episode from a Let's play or something. Also, the ghost is a core mechanic, much like the rebel fleet on FTL. It doesn't force you to leave, but it makes it all that more dangerous if you stay. And just like FTL, people have found ways of turning it off or delaying it.

Without ghost game would be too easy. You will complete it in 2-3 tries and then just forget it. Would you pay 15 bucks for a game that you can complete in a hour? People play with ghost and enjoying the game. Stop whining and learn to play like everyone did. Also if you want relaxing sandbox platformer try Terraria if you haven't yet, its really good and has online coop.

and you know what? It made the game 100 times better! The game is hard enough with all the traps and unfair BS without having to RUSH to fly through every level before ethe ghost shows up.

A 10 minute limit on the ghost allows for cautious exploration but doesn't spoil things by allowing full plundering of EVERYTHING in a level.

The game is still a nice hard challenge but at least now I don't want to punch a hole in my monitor all the time lol

You realize that disabling the ghost or making it appear later is going to screw up the leaderboard by giving you higher scores than you deserve. That's not exactly fair to players who play to increase their leaderboard score, and especially unfair in the Daily Challenge. And because doing this is cheating not only yourself but other people, it wouldn't surprise me if Valve will punish players for doing this.

As for people complaining about the ghost... how long have you tried playing the game? From the sound of it, some people are playing the game for a grand total of two minutes and thirty seconds before deciding they hate it and never playing it again. OK, so you never would have bought it if you didn't know about the ghost. Fine. But the fact is, you did buy it. Maybe it deserves a chance? You just going to throw it away like that because of one thing you don't like?
