windows 8 windowed problem.

Hello , recently i upgraded to windows 8.1 pro x64.
I re-installed spelunky and when i try to play it on windowed mode i get an error.
Tried to run it as admin and windows xp-7 but nothing , the problem still remains.
Any help would be appreciated.
