major problem here. so. i had hammer watch. played it. gave a copy to my friend for his birthday. now it says i dont have it. instead of a play button theres a purchase button. its not in my subscriptions anymore. what the hell just happend?

i did, but ive never gotten a response. my chances are even lower with the notice saying there swamped with tickets.

And that somewhere out there is Valve. :-) They keep track of your account history, they are the only one that can remove games from your account, they are the only one that can solve your problem.
