If i drop spike the dog, where can i rehire him from?

As it is in legacy, the game NEEDS you to actually pick up quest npc,s instead of having a 3rd out of the way slot for quest npc,s.

So, in needing to grab kaspar in karthal, i need to drop spike, transport that guy to crag , drop him off, then im a dog down that i wanted in my party,

Anyone know where ( if possible ) to rehire him?

Is he not back in his cage? Some companions, like the Horse in Sorpigal, return to their original position but, I believe, they remember you so you do not have to "hire" them again.

Yes, hes back in his cage, it was a silly question to start with, i should have just checked instead of being a lazy ass

I wondered the same thing last playthrough on normal and decided to not test it out since no information about this subject was available on the forums. Thanks for being lazy, turned out to be informative :)

and for hilarious reasons even the mage goes back to the jail after rescuing him from there
