Secrets of the obelisk "bug" or "misunderstanding"?

I found all possible obelisks. Then try to find the tresure. I am doing all moves by the clues but can't find nothing.

Some questions about it:
1) Is the savage sea on the south of city seahaven?
2) Are these clues after finding all obelisk in the right order?
3) Its normal to go through building when clues direct me there?

I tryed all possible ways but nothing is there (anywhere).
Can you help me in some way please?

stand at the entrance of seahaven and follow the clues from there, at the end of the clues you simply just turn left and you will see a small rock that you can loot.

Yes, i did, but still there is nothing here. No small rock to loot. Can i ask you privately (don't want to spoil here) about the right place of this tresure? There is probably some bug in my version but before post it, I want to be sure.

have found 6 obelisks but following thier clues yields no lootable stone
is there a 7th somewhere?
(the quest still sais find the next obelisk)

you have to find all 7 obelisk. The final clue states under a small rock which is needed for the treasure to show up.

The hints in german lead you to a different location somehow? But i can't loot the treasure in both spots is there a bug?

There is a bug in the german version with the third hint. In english it says twelve steps left (wrote everything down) and I sometimes switch to german for the chest etc. and when I was at the fourth hint I played the german translation and checked my script, because the obelisk said 20 steps (in the repetition) so I corrected it to twenty steps and with that at some point you have to go through castle Portmeyron. Luckily I was still able to read the crossed out 12 ;). And ye, that leads to 129,53

The final obelisk is pretty easy to see, but also hard to find. Have you wondered how to get to the obelisk right outside of seahaven? it is the 7th obelisk. head past karthal, down the beach past atlas and then into the alcove. there is a pretty tough mob fight and then a boss fight. and finally the 7th obelisk.

This is it. You need to find 7 obelisk and the 7th needs you to get water and air benediction so you have to make forge elemental first. If you don't get the 7th obelisk, the location will be good but the rock will be not avalaible.

For me (english, Ubisoft version of the game), quest was showing as finished, and obviously there were no stone/treasure at the spot. But the quest reactivated after I tried to use obelisk travel and entered the name of the obelisk which I have not visited yet- then the quest returned to 'active quests' again, asking to find the next obelisk.
