Your best deaths?

I'll start. My last dive was going AMAZING. Found a bazooka with 12 ammo. Went down a few levels and met two minotaur bosses. Summoned two skeletons with a tome I found to provide back up support in the fight.
Pulled my new bazooka and fired away at the minotaur.
One of my skelebros decides to jump in the way of my missile and deflect is back at me with an attack. Boom. Instantly dead.

I picked up my first bazooka and saw my first minotaur in the same, very little, room.

It was a bloody mess, man. Never, never, NEVER use a bazooka like a shotgun.

Trying this "devilry encyclopedia" spellbook on a slime... turned it into a deep minotaur. Splat.

Found a couple dapper fellows on floor 3, on my third run of the game. As per usual, I went up and tried to smack 'em with my sword. I did no damage, and they did around 2 to 3 damage per hit.

"Whatever. I'll pass 'em by." I said to myself. As I started to walk around them, they both started to summon bats. And I don't mean around 1 or 5, nonono.

Nothing of that sort.

See, the thing is that they summoned around 50 bats. That's a lot more than, uh, 1. I never made it to a door. I was swarmed.

That is the vampire miniboss, invulnerable while in human form, you must kill all (or almost) of his bats to dispatch him.

Alright, this death beats my previous one by a loooong shot. I love this game!

Found a spellbook called "Voodoo Volume". Out of curiousity, I used it.

A single angry skeleton appeared. Pfft, easy. I used it again, maybe I could use it for farming!

Around 5 apples appeared. APPLE FARMING??? OH YES. USE MORE.

Around 20 or so armored skeletons appeared. They swarmed me and gave me a swift death, as I had fairly low health.

Ok, I didn't quite die like this, but it was close. I used a potion in a room with several monsters, and apparently there's a farting potion? Well, it pissed everybody off in the room. One of those neutral green ladies was even mad about it, so she hit me and put me to sleep. Then, several other monsters offended by my olfactory transgression came to show their disapproval as well, and I was helplessly asleep. I did die last night because I was in a dark room, and I was startled by a cat, and hit it. Ghosts everywhere, it was like I opened up the Ark. What was worse is that I KNEW the cat was over there. I had picked it up, deemed its stats to be below my standard, and tossed it into a corner where it promptly wandered out of. Curiosity killed the both of us.

A very nice guy decided to step on the pressure pad that lowered the lava bridge i was standing over... at dungeon level 23 :(

I was doing quite well until I used a spell book in a dark room. It made some kind of giant skull appear that summoned these way tough skeletons that messed me up QUICK. I had like 6 health potions!!

On my furthest playthrough I had around 5 different magic books and could summon an army to clear out rooms. I saw then killed my first first deep minotaur when way offscreen one of my minions killed a cat Unfortunately the only door I had access to was a dead end. Eventually the reapers got me as I tried to fight my way through.

I was crushed by a door. I had gotten the treasure, went all the way back to level 13, and a door crushed me. The highscore list says Homedawg1 was "Crushed by the Dungeon"

On a side note, and this may be a stupid question, but are the top few scores on the leaderboard legit? They don't seem like it. Again, the answer here could be obvious for all I know.

Me and a friend, a pitch dark room, 1 lantern and 2 wraiths...
They both went for my friend, and we jumped back out of the room, it was the only room left to explore aswell.
So, we came up with a plan, i lure them out, my friend lits the room with the lantern and i shoot the wraiths with my trusty shotgun in a narrow corridor.

Everything went bad, i manage to lure out one of them, my friend and i waited to get a good shot buuuut.. in the last breathing second i manage to shoot my friend in the face, he dies and everything goes pitch dark.

So i frantically start shooting everywhere, suddenly a massive burst of green experience pops out, i killed one of em!
Lost focus, stopped and shouted -i got him! just as the second wraith started screaming, that put me of balance and i dropped the shotgun, started running in the dark trying to pick it up, but to no avail.... i was killed by the Wraith, and my friend was shot in the face.
