Please convert my ingame sezon 1 pro pack purchase into steam DLC!

Hell... I coul'd wait few days... packs should be available as steam dlc since beginning, and now sezon purchases should be automaticly converted into steam dlcs...

No, the trading cards are bugged. I got both season packs and should have gotten 7 card drops. Only got 5.

Were both purchased at the same time or something? I purchased Pro Season One last week and got 4 cards. By that math you should have gotten 5 just from the second, so it seems like you got totally stiffed out of your first purchase's worth of cards.

About a day apart. I emailed support, they sent me a copypasted response that had nothing to do with my complaint. I sent a follow-up demanding human support and still haven't heard back.
