No, those always go into the new year, usually around January 2-4. It seems they're ignoring the big sale format and doing their own thing. And nothing on Season 3, bleh.

Do we know for certain what date this sale ends? I want to get these seasons as a gift for a friend fo Christmas, and thus plan to buy them late on Christmas eve, but if the sale ends beofre then, then it makes sense to get them in advance.

go to the season page and you will see the 28th as the last day right next to the price.

From what I've seen, FarSight is pretty stubborn with sales, so I doubt we'll see anything else.

Of course, if you don't mind waiting, it always pays to wait for the last day of a sale, but if you must have it now, you're probably safe doing so.

Thanks Farsight. I decided to get season 2. Pretty obvious they listened to us when they do a pre-xmas sale, fully knowing that we will spend our money on other games if they didn't give us a discount, and early on in the sale. Farsight should get more sales this way instead of customers deciding on what games to buy and not to buy during the sale.

I agree that FarSight is stubborn with sales. In general you are correct that it is best to wait till the last day of the sale. However, TPA has been one exception to this rule. During the summer sale FarSight actually increased the in-game price of the Season 2 after the first few days of the sale. Apparently they had inadvertently priced it lower than they intended.

I already owned season one in the Amazon app store (was discounted half a year ago) and now I finally bought it again on steam. I do prefer playing it on my laptop instead of my phone, especially with the xbox360 controller. What I do keep hating though is the menu's. They look so ugly, but in the end it was worth buying. I will have a great time playing these tables. Hopefully we will see some graphical improvements in the future! Thanks for the sale!

This confirmed my doubts about FarSight doing another sale. Well, I decided to buy the 2 seasons as I think it doesn't get cheaper. I didn't lost hopes for the seasons 3 and 4 which I presume they will go on sale after.
